Arrow Scroller is an iPad Safari extension app that helps users control their own scrolling while reading long pages in Safari.
Information Stored on Your Device
Arrow Scroller does not automatically send user information to the developer's servers or to third-party servers. The app does not use accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
To provide its features, Arrow Scroller may store the following information on your device:
- Safari extension settings
- Settings such as panel position, theme, and scroll speed
- Host names used for per-site speed settings
- Local usage counters, such as scroll actions and assisted scrolling time
This information is stored on your device and is not automatically sent to the developer.
Web Page Information
Arrow Scroller runs as a Safari extension on pages where you allow it. It shows a small scrolling control panel and performs scrolling on your device in response to your own actions.
The app does not automatically send your browsing URL, page title, page content, form input, search history, or browsing history to the developer.
Support Email Drafts
When you contact support in the app, the category and request you enter, together with the device model, OS, app version, and build number, are used only to create an editable email draft. The device model may include a non-unique hardware model identifier, such as iPad17,1; it does not include a device-specific identifier. You can review, edit, or delete any of these details before sending. The app does not save the email contents or send them automatically.
Only if you send the draft from your email app does the developer receive the sender email address, support request content, and the listed device information for customer support only.
Purpose of Use
Information stored on device is used to keep settings, provide the scrolling assistance features, and manage in-app review prompts. Support request text and device details are used only while preparing an email draft at your request.
Arrow Scroller is not intended for unauthorized automation, bots, traffic generation, or external data collection.
Retention and Deletion
Settings and local usage counters remain on your device while you use the app. Support email contents are not retained by the app. If you delete the app, data stored by the app is normally removed from the device by the operating system.
Third-Party Sharing
Arrow Scroller does not sell user data or share it with third parties for advertising, marketing, tracking, or data broker purposes.
